I bought this also from the Arboretum. Delicious! The difference between a store bought brand and this is in the taste - it is a light sweet, strong enough to flavor a tea or pancakes (delicious on pancakes) but not that cloying heavy sweetness of store honey. It is my new sugar for my teas and pancakes and grits and oatmeal ... thank you!
