Fall Wild Flower Honey is one of the last honeys of the season and is a blend of Fall Asters, Goldenrod, Jewelweed and various wetland flowers. The color is light amber, and the flavor always seems to have a hint of wild fruit like grapes and plums, along with savory herbal notes.
