My favorite honey for tea

I love the stronger / more distinctive single-source honeys on toast or with cheese — but these tend to overpower a subtle tea, like the Darjeeling in my mug right now. Ames Farm’s Dutch clover honey has become my favorite sweetener for most teas.

I’ve been so impressed with this producer - and every honey I’ve ordered from them! I appreciate the sample sizes - so I can try all their offerings, before ordering the big jars!

I should have ordered the largest size!

I recently ordered 3 varieties of Ames Farm honey because I can never choose a favorite. They are all so delicious. I have used almost half of the jar of the Dutch clover in the last week. It is the perfect honey for English breakfast tea.
